Registration - Fees

Application Deadline: Applications to participate in the summer school are accepted until Sunday 31 March 2024

Payment Deadlines: Downpayment of the first installment of the tuition fees (150€) is accepted until 31 March 2024. 

By decision of the organising committee, following relevant communications, the tuition fees for the Summer School will be 600€ for all the participants

The fees cover the following

  • All days at the summer school.
  • Workshops
  • Study materials
  • Transport from Athens to Antiparos island and back
  • Programmed excursions and events in Athens
  • Two (2) Official dinners

*In case that the summer school is not realised the full amount of the tuition fees both for the downpayment and any subsequent payments will be returned to the students. In case an already registered student cannot participate an administrational fee of (50€) is applied for the handling of the application and registration

Applications for the summer school must be submitted to the dedicated registration form at Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning Center (CE-LLC) unit of the University of the Aegean in the following link

For the participants applying until Sunday the 18th of February 2024 and paying the first installment, the tuition fees will be 600€ in total.
Application and payments procedure

In order to complete the registration to the program the following procedure is applied:

  1. The participants fills in and submits the application form through the Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning Unit of the University of the Aegean ( )
  2. An e mail  message is sent for the validation of the e mail adress of the applicant. Applicants must validate their e mail address
  3. An e mail is sent containing the amount of the installment of the tuition fees that have to be paid by the applicant, with a link to the online payments gateway of the University of the Aegean.
  4. Participants have to complete the online payment.

No payment can proceed without having received the relevant communication by the University of the Aegean.
